When you only have a minute, why not use it to tone your body? For this move: 

Keep your core engaged, squeeze the Ubarre and drop your shoulders down your back. Exhale as you lift the legs, keeping a slight turnout. Option to squeeze the Ubarre or pulse the arms, the choice is yours. Aim for a minute and be proud of what you did for your body. Cat Audience optional.
