One of my favorite things is squeezing in these full body moves through out the day. Here, using the 5 lb CHARCOAL UBarre, we targeted the lower abs, inner thighs and naturally the upper body from our Ubarre squeeze. 

  • With a slight turnout of those toes and your core engaged, exhale as you draw the legs up. Imagine a string pulling the heels up.
  • For added shoulder benefit: Reach the arms overhead. Lower with control each time legs are lifted. 
  • Put the UBarre down, seize the day.
