When your buns need a break from lounging, while not give them a quick poolside tone. This is an excellent move for balance and core challenge as well. 

  • Hinge forward, "plugging in" the Ubarre with a slight bend in the standing leg, opposite leg extended straight and strong behind. 
  • Lift and lower the leg 12x, then pulse for 8. 
  • Switch legs and repeat, 3x per side. 
  • Keep your shoulders pulling away from your ears, hips squared, and core engaged.
